The mixproof valve is completely hygienic double sealing valve.

Operating Principle:
FH4 type mixing proof valve is remotely operated throughcompressedair.It is normally closed before running.
The mixing proof valive is constructed with two independentphugs.Which wil form a leakage chamber that interinks to atmosphere under normal working status. When occasional lailure of the meditum leakage happen,medium will flow into the chamber and be discharged at the out port.
The leakage chamber is closed when the valve is operating.So medum can flow through one pipeline to another.This valve can be clean in place.Many options of CIP and SIP combinations are available to users.(Refer to cleaning sterlzation function opltions) Clean system can clean the upper,lower stem and leakage chamber.Which ensures the valve to be high hygienic.Ellectively cleaning system makes the fluid that special for CIP clean in place directly wash al the inside valve body.
The cleaning system commoner,it will take shorter time.Another beneficial of the high cleaning systemis that the if type miaxing proof valve can be applied to aseptic processing user's steam into CIP pipeline,the system wil constitule a shield that can isolate air.
